IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Your main task is to ensure the smooth operation of our software products using cloud-native technology.
• You are the technical contact person for monitoring and managing the system environments of Mindbreeze InSpire installations, operating systems and databases.
• You will analyze conspicuous behavior in the operation of our software products in close collaboration with your colleagues.
• You monitor the availability and performance of our software products and suggest appropriate optimizations.

Your skills and experience:

• You have a degree in computer science and, ideally, already have relevant professional experience in the field.
• You have knowledge in the areas of Linux, container platforms (Kubernetes, Openshift, Rancher), databases (PostgreSQL), cluster technologies, load balancing, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
• Your solution- and customer-oriented way of working and perfect German language skills distinguish you.
